What does Yaavika do?
Yaavika is a gifting solutions studio in Gurugram. We help you plan, curate and personalise gifts for couples, anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions, and we also offer corporate gifting for teams and clients.
Is this an online store?
No. Every gift is planned with you. You share the occasion and budget through our enquiry form, a call or WhatsApp, and our gifting consultant suggests ideas and shares a clear quote before anything is finalised.
How do I get started?
Send an enquiry from any page or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us who the gift is for, the occasion, the date and your budget – we will get back to you with ideas.
Which areas do you serve?
We work with clients across Gurugram and Delhi NCR. For gifts that need to reach other cities, we coordinate hand-over through trusted partners – just ask.
Personalisation
Can the gifts be personalised?
Yes – personalisation is at the heart of what we do. We can add names, photos, messages, themes or your company logo, and we share a preview for approval before production.
How much time do you need?
Ideally 3–7 days for personal gifts and 2–3 weeks for corporate orders, depending on personalisation and quantity. Share your date and we will tell you what is possible.
Pricing
How is the price decided?
It depends on the products, personalisation, packaging and quantity you choose. We work within your budget and always share a clear, itemised quote before you confirm.
Corporate
Do you take small corporate orders?
Yes. Corporate gifting typically starts from 20–25 gifts, but we are happy to discuss smaller teams too.
Do you provide branding and GST invoices?
Yes. We offer logo printing, engraving and custom packaging, a sample for approval before final production, and GST invoices.
Policies
Can I change or cancel a confirmed order?
Changes are possible until production starts. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once the preview is approved and work has begun. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
