These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of yaavika.com and to the gifting services provided by Yaavika Gifting Solutions, Office No. 00, Sample Plaza, Sector 29, Gurugram, Haryana 122002 (“Yaavika”, “we”, “us”). This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. About our services
Yaavika provides gifting solutions – consultation, gift ideas, curation and sourcing, personalisation, packaging and coordination of hand-over – for personal occasions and for businesses. This website is informational: it describes our services and lets you send an enquiry. It is not an online store, and no order or payment is made through it.
2. Quotes and confirmation
- Gift ideas and images on the website are examples of our work. Each gift is planned with you.
- An order is confirmed only when you accept our written quotation (by email or WhatsApp) and make the agreed advance payment, or issue a purchase order in the case of companies.
- Prices in a quotation include applicable GST unless stated otherwise and are valid for the period mentioned in it.
- Payments are made by bank transfer, UPI or another method mentioned on our invoice. We will never ask for your OTP, PIN or password.
3. Personalisation content
You are responsible for the photos, names, messages and logos you give us and confirm that you have the right to use them. We may decline content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful or infringes anyone’s rights. Once you approve a preview, the approved design will be produced as shown.
4. Timelines and hand-over
Timelines are agreed for each order and depend on personalisation, quantity and availability. We coordinate the hand-over of gifts as agreed – see our Delivery & Hand-over Policy. Please share correct recipient details.
5. Product substitutions
Some items are seasonal. If an item becomes unavailable we will suggest an alternative of equal or higher value before replacing it.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Yaavika name, logo, website design, text and images are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
